We use the world’s stunning nature as a gym – bootcamps, hikes, and exhilarating runs, even lunchtime abs blasts! With every session designed differently, I alternate between classic bodyweight and cardio exercises, with use of equipment such as TRX, Kettlebells, Medicine balls and battle ropes. Boxercise is a favourite amoung most you’ll be trained in the right way, within the exclusivity of your chosen Pop-Up service; Retreat, Bootcamp or ‘Pop-Up Personal Training session.
