About Pop-Up Fitness

Olivia is training the elite crop of London, from the socialites to the superstars at various Pop-Up bootcamps around London, lifting toning and busting butts all around town!

Fitness has always been an important part of Olivia’s life, spending time establishing workout routines that can be done in half the time with twice the benefits. In her experience properly formulated exercise is a means to both physically and mental wellness which ultimately leads to a happier lifestyle.

Olivia has a strong desire to be the helping hand and the motivating push you need to get clients to reach their goals, kick start a complete lifestyle change and ultimately produce results.

We use the world’s stunning nature as a gym – bootcamps, hikes, and exhilarating runs, even lunchtime abs blasts! With every session designed differently, I alternate between classic bodyweight and cardio exercises, with use of equipment such as TRX, Kettlebells, Medicine balls and battle ropes. Boxercise is a favourite amoung most you’ll be trained in the right way, within the exclusivity of your chosen Pop-Up service; Retreat, Bootcamp or ‘Pop-Up Personal Training session.

POP-UP WEEKENDERS / MINI RETREATS

Keep an eye out for our NEW “Pop-Up Weekenders” / mini- retreats at several of the most luxurious country house hotels all of which exude charm, opulence and exclusivity. We provide our mini version of our luxury retreats just over a shorter time period, the itinerary flows over 3 – 4 days worth of training with Olivia and specialized yoga/pilates instructors, personalized osteopathy treatments included and a freshly prepared clean-eating menu designed by Michelin star chef with transport to and from Central London included.
